How long will it take for my NipChips to be delivered?

  • Great question. Delivery time will be largely based on your location. If you reside in the state of Florida, your NipChips should be delivered within 1-2 business days after being shipped. All other states should allow the full 2-3 business days for delivery.

Which shipping option should I choose?

We always recommend choosing our express option, especially in the summer months to ensure optimal and fast delivery. Standard shipping takes 3-4 days if you are not local to Florida and 1-2 days if you are local.

What is the processing time?

  • All orders are processed Monday through Wednesday. Cookies are shipped the same day that they are baked. So once your order is completed, it will be handed over to the courier that day. We do not ship Thursday and Fridays to avoid having your NipChips sit over the weekend.

I am in Wesley Chapel; can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

  • Yes. Email us at hello@thenipchips.com for instructions on how to pick up your local order. Most local orders will be baked and ready for pickup on Wednesdays.

How should I store my NipChips?

  • NipChips will stay fresh in its sealed packaging for up to 1 week. Since our cookies do not contain any preservatives, we recommend freezing your left-over cookies and removing them one at a time to enjoy. To thaw, simply place your NipChip on the counter for 20-30 minutes until fully defrosted and enjoy.

Do your products cookies contain fenugreek?

  • No. Our cookies are fenugreek free.

Do you offer other lactation products?

  • As of right now, we are only offering NipChips. Stay tuned as we have so much more to come.
